Admission to this park is free. The Guadalupe River passes through the park making a natural pool. Located in the heart of downtown, Louise Hays Park has scenic areas and shaded picnic tables, where visitors can enjoy day outings. Visitors can also go to Tranquility Island through a foot bridge crossing the river.
